Scans and uptime checks run on their own schedule, but you don't always want to wait for the next one. Every tracked site gives you three ways to act on it right now: rescan, recheck, or remove it entirely.
Rescan now
Made a fix and want to see the new grade immediately? "Rescan" on a site's report page starts a fresh full scan on the spot — the same live progress bar from when you first added the site shows it streaming in, so you don't have to wait for tomorrow's scheduled scan to confirm a fix landed.
Recheck uptime now
Uptime and MX checks run automatically (hourly or every minute, depending on your plan), but "Recheck" runs one on demand — useful right after you've deployed, changed DNS, or want to confirm a site is back up before waiting for the next automatic pass.
Removing a site
"Delete" on the dashboard stops tracking a domain for good — its scan history, uptime history, subdomains, and any team members on it are all removed along with it. It's owner-only: a team member with admin access can pause, rescan, or manage members, but can't delete the domain itself. There's a confirmation prompt first, and it tells you upfront how many linked subdomains will go with it.
If you just want checks to stop temporarily without losing history, use Pause instead — it keeps everything in place and can be reversed with Resume at any time.
